Change in Portfolio Management Responsibilities for Three RBC Funds

RBC Global Asset Management (RBC GAM) recently announced the appointment of RBC Global Asset Management (UK) Limited as sub-advisor for the following three RBC Funds:

• RBC International Dividend Growth Fund
• RBC Global Dividend Growth Fund
• RBC Global Dividend Growth Currency Neutral Fund
