PH&N Short Term Bond & Mortgage Fund, PH&N Bond Fund and PH&N Community Values Bond Fund will be closed to new investors as of July 4, 2016. However, existing investors will be allowed to continue making additional investments, and purchase orders by new investors submitted on or before 4:00 pm ET on Monday, July 4, 2016 will still be processed.
The portfolio manager made the decision to close these Funds in order to preserve the integrity of the portfolio management teams’ disciplined approach.
